As a young woman, I understand firsthand the pressures of hustle culture, the constant demand for “more” that our society often places on us, and even the fitness industry. With an extensive background in fitness and entrepreneurship, I know what it feels like to never feel “enough.” Over the past several years, I’ve been on my own journey of rebuilding self-worth, confidence, and authenticity—and now I’m deeply passionate about helping others do the same.

You might feel like you’ve tried everything, yet still can’t seem to feel good about yourself. Maybe you’re discontent in your relationships, constantly fatigued, struggling with body image, or stuck in an all-or-nothing relationship with food and exercise. Beneath it all, your self-esteem and self-worth may have quietly eroded—and that’s where our work together begins.

In therapy, I strive to create a relationship that feels genuine, reliable, and safe. My clients know they can be completely honest without fear of judgment, and that I’ll always show up as my authentic self—encouraging and empowering them to do the same.
